“PRICE is the conversation people have in the absence of value”. Another way to put it is – if you’re making a decision based solely on price, then you are greatly overlooking the more important consideration – VALUE.”

If you are looking at our pricing, hoping to find a way to get a productive, professional, polished, custom website built for under $2,000 – stop. We are probably not a fit. We CAN build you a small website for a bit under $2k, but it will never get traffic from Google.

Sure, there are companies who will lie to you to get your money, but that is not the Appnet Way.

WEB DESIGN OPTIONS

Custom / Light: $2,000-$3,000
We DO offer a way to get a custom website built, with all of the tools needed to grow your website further, and still keep pricing as low as possible. If you have a budget of between $2,000-$3,000 we invite you to visit our Appnet Demo website, where we have created custom themes that are designed to allow us to save time in customizing themes with your images and message.

We will customize a theme to your needs and you will still have all of the tools necessary for growth and you will have the backing of our entire 21-person support team to call on anytime. This is a GREAT way to start!

Custom Web Design: Starting at $3,500
Our custom design projects start at $3,500 for up to 15 pages of content. We become the “paintbrush at the end of your arm”. You’re the director and we bring it to the screen! Additional pages and programming needs will be billed at $100/hr labor rate.

eCommerce websites start at $4,000 for normal core pages and standard ecommerce functionality. Custom eCommerce programming is billed at $100/hr labor rate. Get a Free, Custom Web Design Quote

 

Logo Design: $500.
We have two options. We do have free-hand illustrators on staff who can work with you to create a custom brand logo for $500. Our team can also collaborate with external, graphic artists to provide multiple concepts with 1 round of changes and a Second round of minor changes. Once completed we will provide vector graphics suitable for whatever application you need.

 

Hosting: $25 monthly, charged annually
When you purchase a hosting plan, you are renting space on a physical server to store all the website’s files and data. Web hosts provide the hosting technology and resources required for the effective and secure operation of your website. Appnet’s hosted options are significantly faster than discount hosted options. Our annual billing month is June of each year, so new hosting clients are prorated through mid-June and then charged $300 annually. We must have a valid credit card on file. No exception.

Hosting fees do NOT cover tech support call issues, such as forgetting your username/password, how to check your email on another phone/computer, etc. Hosting fees do NOT cover if you need us to add a page or make edits to your website – that you could do yourself.

Tech Support Issue/I.T./Security Resolutions
$135/hr labor rate depending on issue. Billed in 15 minute blocks. If something takes us 20 minutes to handle for you, we will charge your card on file $45. We are honest, fast & efficient – but not free.

API Integrations
$135/hr labor rate depending on issue. Billed in 15 minute blocks.

Work Minimums
All work requests are subject to a $35.00 minimum labor rate

 

Customer Responsibilities:

• We prefer NOT do business with GoDaddy on their servers. There are many reasons why Appnet should host your website. We know every aspect of the design and any plugins that may be driving portions of it. However, if you wish to host elsewhere, when we have completed your website, we will send you a zipped version of all of the files and you can contact GoDaddy or any 3rd party host; send them those files to get the website running. Depending on the host firm, Appnet CAN be asked to handle the setup, but we will have to bill for that time. – Standard Rate is $200 
• All projects that have a committee involved, such as approval through more than one person are placed on an hourly rate.
• All websites (unless stated in advance) will receive 2 (two) rounds of changes if necessary. Anything falling outside of 2 rounds will fall under billable hours.
• Scope Creeping also falls under billable hours. All projects SOW will be clearly outlined at the start. Any additional features/pages/images added along with tech R&D need to be clearly defined at the beginning of a project.
• 80% of the working materials must be sent to us before the start of a project. Text must be complete and coherent.
• Time spent with other designers or plugin programmers, explaining matters related to their platform or programming will be included as billable hours. We can’t possible know every nuance about every new piece of programming. We are quick to come up to speed, but any implementation or learning will be included in billable hours.
